Easy healthy meal idea

I really enjoy having a wrap for lunch or dinner. They’re such a simple, healthy way to get in all your nutrients. I usually add a low fat protein like chicken and pile my whole wheat wrap up with lots of colorful veg! Add some avo and a sauce (sweet chili/ periperi etc) and you’re good to go!
